Product Information
The alloy steel pressure seal gate valve is an essential component in the regulation and control of medium flow in various industries such as chemical, metallurgy, and building materials. Specifically designed for low differential pressure and large diameter and flow, this gate valve can also be paired with a cycloidal pinwheel reducer. It has remarkable circulation capacity, consistent and responsive performance, substantial actuator torque, and exceptional resistance to high temperatures. Its functionality proves vital in ensuring efficient and reliable operation in pipelines handling high-temperature fluid flow.
Features
The alloy steel pressure seal gate valve boasts a straight medium channel within its valve body, which translates to low fluid resistance. As the medium flows through the gate valve, its direction remains constant, thanks to the straight channel. The gate plate moves perpendicular to the medium's flow direction when opening or closing the valve, requiring less effort than a stop valve. This design allows the medium to flow in any direction from either side of the gate valve, making it an excellent choice for pipelines with varying medium flow directions.
